This program will focus on the items and provisions that plan sponsors should be thinking about when they are updating and amending their plan documents and summary plan descriptions for their cafeteria plans and health and welfare plans. Particular attention will be paid to the administrative issues and plan amendments needed to comply with the cafeteria plan regulations that will be finalized next year, the final dependent care regulations, recent court decisions and other common benefit design changes (including wellness and disease management programs).
