The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Public Law No. 111-149) as amended by the Health Care & Education Affordability Reconciliation Act of 2010 (Public Law No. 111-152) signed into law on March 23 and 30, 2010, respectively (the "Affordable Care Act") significantly impacts virtually every individual and business.
